Ghana is an ideal country to begin our work. While there is a tremendous need for water, it is more politically stable than many other water-stressed countries. In addition, our strong relationships with current NGOs working in Ghana have given us invaluable local contacts. Ghana is a great start, but it is a start. We intend to expand our efforts to more nations in Sub-Saharan Africa and around the globe. Our ultimate goal is bring water relief to the neediest areas in the world, including refugee camps in war-torn parts of Africa and the Middle East. Before we can do that though, we need to hone our model in Ghana and establish a strong base of support.
